www.boyehomeplans.com designed this home plan for Spring/Summer 2012 building season.
Accented with a beautiful stone finished canopy, The MARYSOL House Plan is a French country gem that combines today’s contemporary design with timeless
elegance of the French Country style. Elegant stone trim and stone accents add detail and character to the brick exterior wall finish. The amazing roof lines make this house like an older in-town
home. A front entry garage is provided, but a side entry garage floor plan is available.
You enter this luxury dream home into a 20 feet high foyer with a spectacular tray ceiling that welcomes you. To the right of the foyer is a formal open living
room. To the left of the foyer is a dramatic spacious open dining room (12 feet wide by 14 feet deep) that is framed with arched cased openings that are supported by square wood trimmed columns that
create an open feel in the dining room. Another cased opening at the back of the dining room (next to a convenient butler’s pantry) connects the dining room to the kitchen. As you walk in past the
open living room (which could be used as home office, study or guest bedroom), you see beyond in the family room a spectacular rear wall of windows.
The open contemporary kitchen has an island counter with a range and this raised counter bar allows for sitting at the island counter for informal family
eating activities. The breakfast room adjacent to the kitchen and family room has lots of windows that bring in natural light.
In the family room, a two story fireplace flanked by an entertainment center on either side provides the warmth and location of the today’s high-tech digital
entertainment equipment such as a flat screen TV, for the family room gathering. The spacious family room of the MARYSOL House Plan is open to the breakfast room and kitchen. The two-story family
room is the focal point in this house and is a great place for entertaining friends and family. The family room is embellished with large open windows that connect to the back of the house where you
can see the spectacular views of a lake or a pool.
The master bedroom suite of the MARYSOL Home Plan is located upstairs and it is a separate private wing to the left of the house. The master bathroom is very
lavish and open and has a central tub with a large picture window to capture the views outdoors. The single vanity is spacious for his and hers! The master bedroom has windows at the rear opening to
dramatic views at the rear of the house.
There are total of 4 bedrooms in addition to the Masterbedroom. In this home plan, here is a spacious guest bedroom on the first floor that can be used as an
